Payments are expected within 7 days from the end of auction.
SHIPPING
Cienex ships worldwide with International Express Mail Service by Chunghwa Post Co., Ltd. Tracking number is available for most of the areas, if you have concerns about tracking, please contact us. Orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment clearing with the exception of Saturdays and Sundays in which Chunghwa Post is closed.
Please note that any and all import duties, taxes or charges imposed are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We stand behind our products 100% and each has been carefully inspected by us.
Return of defective products must be done within 14 days of receipt. The product must be in its original conditions: including box, packaging, and all other accessories.
Cienex does not accept return of non-defective or wrongly purchased items.
